Job Overview: The firm is seeking a highly experienced Capital Markets Associate with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in areas such as Repo, Asset-Backed Lending, Loan on Loan, securitization, structured finance, structured products, and corporate and/or real estate transactions. While experience in CRE CLO is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in structured finance and related areas.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Proven experience within a law firm setting.

Salary Information:

• Expected annual base salary range: $390,000 - $460,000.
• Actual compensation will vary based on qualifications, relevant experience, and work location, among other factors.
