We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in Charlotte or Durham, NC. This is a hybrid position where you'll collaborate with architects and other engineers to create innovative design solutions across various project types. Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with architects and engineers to complete projects.

- Create innovative design solutions.

- Mentor staff members.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in power distribution, fire alarm, low voltage/IT systems, lighting, and controls design.

- Registered Electrical Engineer required (NCEES record/multiple state licenses a plus).

- Expertise in Alternative Energy design is a plus.

- Experience with LEED and/or WELL Certified Projects (LEED AP/WELL AP a plus).

- BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) is a plus.

- Significant Lighting Design experience or Lighting Certified is a plus.

- Solid Revit experience strongly preferred.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
