Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for driving web lead generation, conversion and visibility of SEAGM and Kaleoz product and
services in all digital channels, in terms of search engines and social media.
• Collaborate with marketing teammates in different countries to develop sale-driven campaign strategies, create
high impact keywords, search and social ads that generate leads and conversion.
• Manage, review and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google AdWords, Google Analytics
and Facebook Ads Manager & etc.
• Maintain and monitor CR, CV, CTR, keyword bid, daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score
and other important account metrics.
• Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization for countries’ campaigns.
• Measure and optimize SEAGM and Kaleoz paid marketing using analysis tools.
• Maintain cutting-edge knowledge with relevant gaming and digital marketing trends, new digital channels,
social media marketing and media buying.
Job Requirements
• Hands-on experience in performance marketing (Min 2-3 year), extensive experiences in managing in-house digital performance marketing in consumer tech/e-commerce company is preferred.
• Experience in SEM with a successful track record.
• Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
• Fluent in written and verbal communication skills for English.
• Other language will be an added advantage
• Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
• Experience handling marketing budget and forecasting/reporting results.
• Ability to learn and become proficient quickly with new tools.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, focus on details.
• Proactive, committed and insure follow-up in a very timely manner.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization and independent decision-making skills.
• Team player, ability to interact and communicate will all parties.
