Summary

The firm is seeking an Of Counsel to join its Finance Group in any of the following offices: Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, or Washington, DC. The firm is committed to offering meaningful work and growth opportunities for its team members.

Position Overview

Education:

• JD from an accredited law school

Bar Admission:

• Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction in which the applicant is applying

Experience:

• Minimum 9 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, and CLO
• Experience with an AmLaw 100 law firm preferred

Physical Demands & Work Environment

Sedentary Work:

• Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Pay Transparency

In accordance with the Pay Transparency Laws in California, New York, and Washington, DC, the pay rate for this position, if hired to work in any of these locations, ranges from $475,000 to $525,000. The compensation offered to a selected candidate will depend on various factors, including geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications. The firm offers a comprehensive package of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with a 401(k) plan.
