Job Title: Process Engineer - Semiconductor Manufacturing Location: Flexible/Remote within Germany Industry: Semiconductor Manufacturing / Electronics Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer with expertise in 300mm (12 inch) wafer manufacturing, power electronics, and automotive electronics. The role involves overseeing the manufacturing process of these components, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for 300mm wafers, power MOSFETs, and automotive electronics Implement process controls and strategies to ensure high yield and quality standards Collaborate with the R&D team to transition new products from concept to production Analyze process data and implement continuous improvement initiatives Troubleshoot manufacturing issues, identify root causes, and develop corrective actions Provide technical expertise and support to the manufacturing team Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards in the manufacturing process Work closely with supply chain and quality teams to optimize production flow and quality control Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field Proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing, particularly with 300mm wafers Knowledge in the production of power electronics, such as power MOSFETs, and automotive electronics Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Proficient in data analysis and process simulation software Fluent in English and German
