Location: San Diego or Los Angeles (Fully remote candidates will also be considered)

Responsibilities:

  • Support the product liability practice, which is nationally recognized for representing flagship consumer brands and aviation products.
  • Represent national and international manufacturers in high-stakes matters, including mass tort disputes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in product liability law or similar equivalent litigation.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Strong references.
  • Superb written and oral communication skills.

  • Non-partnership track position with a lower annual billable hour requirement.
