Commercial Litigation Associate (Mid-Level)

A leading law firm is seeking a mid-level associate with 4-6 years of robust commercial litigation experience to join the Commercial Litigation practice group in the New York office. Candidates should be ready to assume significant responsibility in managing cases and take on a front-facing role with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts. Judicial clerkship experience is preferred, and candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, strong writing, and analytical skills.


Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar membership in New York, in good standing.
  • Proven ability to manage litigation matters independently and engage effectively with clients and legal teams.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Judicial Clerkship experience.
  • Strong academic background and demonstrated analytical and writing skills.

Compensation and Benefits: The anticipated salary range for this position is $295,000 to $370,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
