Senior Commercial Litigation Associate - AmLaw 200 Firm

Location: Phoenix, AZ

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate with 6-8 years of experience to join the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group at an Am Law 200 firm's Phoenix office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Legal Research and Writing: Conduct thorough research on complex legal issues and draft comprehensive legal memoranda and motions.
• Court Appearances: Appear and argue before the court, presenting well-prepared and persuasive arguments.
• Discovery Management: Draft and respond to written discovery requests effectively.
• Depositions: Take and defend depositions in business and commercial litigation matters with confidence and precision.
• Client and Matter Management: Lead and manage multiple matters concurrently, ensuring day-to-day client satisfaction and effective case management.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Substantial experience in complex commercial litigation.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and lead multiple matters simultaneously.
• Academic Record: A strong academic background, demonstrating excellence in legal education.
• Commitment and Enthusiasm: The skills, dedication, and enthusiasm necessary to pursue partnership within the firm.
