Technology Patent Associate Attorney / Senior Associate - AmLaw 200 Firm

This position is available in our offices located in Madison, Milwaukee, Denver, and Washington, D.C.

Who We're Looking For:

• The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate or advanced degree in computer engineering, software engineering, or computer sciences.
• Additionally, candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in patent prosecution, managing patent portfolios, conducting freedom-to-operate opinions, due diligence analysis, and landscape analysis.
• Candidates must be admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
• We're seeking individuals who demonstrate a strong academic record, paired with the skills, enthusiasm, and commitment necessary to thrive in our firm. The successful candidate will have the potential and drive to become a partner within our organization.

What We Offer:

The firm offers competitive salaries ranging from $175,000 to $250,000 per year, depending on location, responsibilities, experience, and other job-related factors.
