Qualifications

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from a nationally recognized law school
• MD, MPH, PharmD, or Epidemiology degree required
• Strong academic credentials

Bar Admission

• Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application
• New York bar admission encouraged

Experience

• 8+ years of experience (preferably from an AmLaw 100 firm)
• Science background required
• Experience in products liability and/or complex commercial litigation
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical and medical device industry a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary range: $400,000 - $550,000 (for CA, NY, DC, WA locations)
