Practice Area Requirements:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in taxation of corporate and partnership business transactions
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, fund formation, and financing transactions
• Transactional tax practice

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Major law firm experience preferred, but not required
• Admission to the Illinois Bar
