Responsibilities:

• You will be focused to drive user growth to boost our marketplace traction and co-shaping our marketplace positioning in the Malaysia market based on our target audience & business needs. You will be focused to iterate a growth process with multiple teams to build an execution and experiment practice within the growth function.
• In this role, you will:
• Grow our platform user base (job seekers)
• Maintain and improve our cost-efficiency overtime
• Build and shape internal acquisition process by working with other marketing functions and product team
• Find short-term opportunities to help business growth (growth hacking)

Who We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience handling user growth including growth hacking experience
• Experienced handling 1-2 marketing acquisition channel
• Proficiency in analytical skills to gather insight and provide actionable recommendations to improve platform performance
• Entrepreneurial experience (building product from 0 to 1) is a plus
• Proficiency in SQL is a plus
