A leading law firm is seeking an associate to join its Corporate Trust Team within the Global Finance Practice Group in Boston.

• Salary Range: $225,000 to $275,000 annually

What You'll Do:

• Work on innovative financial products
• Handle transactions ranging from new originations to distressed deal resolutions
• Engage in collateralized debt obligations (CDOs) and other asset-backed securities
• Work on corporate bonds and specialty finance matters

What the Firm is Looking For:

• 2-4 years of experience in corporate, structured finance, real estate, commercial finance, securities, public finance, or a combination
• Strong financial, analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently with direct client contact
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent judgment and communication skills
• Commitment to providing top-notch client service
